City, N.D. – Police arrested a woman on Interstate 94 after several callers reported an erratic driver 11 miles east of Jamestown traveling in the east bound lane.

Police say 44-year-old Sarah Effert of Kenmore, Washington was more than twice the legal limit following a roadside sobriety test. Effert was cited for DUI and Care Required.

Valley City police stopped the woman’s vehicle near exit 294 on Interstate 94 around 9:40am Monday morning.
