– The Jamestown College men’s basketball team jumped four spots in Monday’s edition of the NAIA Division II Top 25 Coaches’ Poll.

The Jimmies (8-3) are now No. 14 in the nation, after being ranked No. 18 last week. Valley City State’s men received votes in the Top 25 poll.

The Jamestown women (10-1) also continued their climb up the poll. Unranked in the preseason, the Jimmies are now No. 16, moving up three spots from last week.

Jamestown’s men and women are in action tonight (Tuesday) with a home doubleheader against Presentation College. Women tip off at 5:30 p.m. at the Jamestown Civic Center, with the men to follow at 7:30 p.m.

Tonight’s games will be broadcast on Sunny 98.3 with Steve Linzmeier making the call.
