N.D. (AP) – There could be snow in parts of North Dakota this weekend. The National Weather Service says a slow-moving storm will start as rain but could drop about an inch of snow in western and central parts of the state.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – The Game and Fish Department has banned overnight camping on some wildlife management areas in western North Dakota and along Lake Sakakawea. State officials say some people have been setting up camp in the wildlife areas because of the oil patch’s housing shortage.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A former Bismarck teacher awaiting trial on charges he had sex with a 17-year-old girl may be changing his plea of not guilty. A change-of-plea hearing has been scheduled for John Krueger next month. Krueger taught at St. Anne School, Cathedral Grade School and St. Mary’s Grade School. He resigned in February.

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) – War veterans are gathering in Devils Lake this weekend. Older veterans at the 23rd annual Dakota Bull Session say they’re hoping to seen more Iraq and Afghanistan war vets turn out. About 100 people are expected for the event.
