CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Members of the Valley Development Corporation and Valley City leaders met in an executive session to discuss the negotiation process and options associated with the North Dakota National Guard’s plans to build a new facility.

Under North Dakota law the executive session is closed to the public and no details were provided following the Wednesday morning meeting. 4 sites in Valley City are being studied to build a new facility. The negotiations have gone on for 2 years and area leaders hope to reach an agreement in the near future.
