CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A new half-a-million dollar renovation of the Valley City State University’s cafeteria has already saw more business in its first few days of operation according Doug Britt, General of Sodexo Food Service at Valley City State.

A ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the Grand Opening of the cafeteria was held on Wednesday. The $425,000 expansion was completed a few days ago.

Valley City State president Dr. Steve Shirley said the new facility will serve students and the community with a wide variety of healthy food choices as well as the traditional favorites.
