CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) 3 people who face multiple felony burglary and theft of property charges are back in jail according to Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClaflin.

32-year-old Broc Allen Buytaert and 31-year-old Betsy Lee Runkle both of Rochester, Minnesota along with 37-year-old Steven Lee Hovland of Valley City were all arrested earlier this week in Minnesota.

McClaflin said Hovland has waived his extradition rights while Runkle and Buytaert will make a court appearance on Monday in Minnesota. Eventually the 3 will be transported back to Barnes County to face the charges against them.

Meanwhile 25-year-old April Robyn Kapaun of Valley City surrendered to authorities this week made her first court appearance and was released after posting bond in Barnes County.

McClaflin said about 85-hundred dollars worth of stolen property has been recovered during their two month investigation.

The four also face possession of stolen property charges in the Moorhead and Rochester, Minnesota.
