N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The previous construction and road closure of County Road 40 in Stutsman County has been pushed back.

Interstate Engineering has reported that road improvements on a portion of County Road 40 will be closed beginning October 3rd depending on weather. The closure was originally scheduled for September 28th or 29th.

The road will be closed from Highway 62 east of Spiritwood to the Stutsman County line. Traffic and road closure signs will be posted as necessary. The section is estimated to reopen on Thursday, October 13th.
