N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – High winds and major amounts of snow have caused an inconvenience for local businesses and organizations.

The Jamestown Regional Medical Center is no exception.

“We’re worried about people in labor or needing care quickly,” said Katie Ryan-Anderson, Marketing Manager at the JRMC. “Our kind volunteer Judy Hoyt is manning the door today as our main entrance is broken due to 40 mph winds.”

The Jamestown Regional Medical Center is encouraging residents and those needing service at the JRMC to use the emergency room entrance.

“We have an awesome team. Our medical staff is here, cooks, cleaners, admissions attendants. Our staff was here yesterday too and some people had to leave early to get here on time. Others spent the night.” Ryan-Anderson pointed out.
