VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Power House on east main in Valley City has a few cracks in the structure that are more noticeable after construction crews drove steel sheeting into the ground near the building last month.

City Administrator David Schelkoph said there’s no indication that the structure is going to collapse but he said the city may have to make a decision on whether to keep or remove the building in the future.

He said the sheeting being driven into the ground is part of the foundation for the concrete floodwalls being built in that area.
