JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After having served Jamestown and other regional communities for more than 25 years, Becky Thatcher-Keller will be retiring at the end of August.

Thatcher-Keller has worked for various nonprofits in the state and has done community economic development work in Ashley and Wishek. She came to Jamestown in 2009 as a consultant for the Small Business Development Center before becoming the fifth Chamber Director in 2014.

A retirement celebration for Thatcher-Keller has been set for Tuesday, August 21st from 2 to 4 PM in the Lower Level Conference Room of the JSDC. People are encouraged to bring a friend and a story.

Emily Bivens has been selected to become the sixth Chamber Executive Director and will begin September 4th.
