BELCOURT, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After a slow start, the Jamestown High football team rolled to a 46-14 win over Turtle Mountain on Thursday night.

Dallman scored on runs of 50-yards and 22-yards. He also punctuated the victory with a 75-yard kick-off return where he ran over the Braves safety valve in the final minutes.

The first scoring run got the scoring started, but Turtle Mountain responded with an incredible catch-and-run score by Diego Samuelson to cut the lead to 7-6. That was the last sniff the Braves had, the Jays rattled off 32 straight points.

QB Tommy Falk had two scoring passes, one to Jeremy Williams and another to Max Anderson. Anderson, who was in the lineup for the injured Marcus Hochhalter, also came up with an interception.

Carter Moser, who picked off two passes against Turtle Mountain last year, had a 4th quarter pick-six. It’s Jamestown’s fourth defensive TD this year.

Jamestown has 11 days off before playing #1 St. Mary’s on September 22nd.
