JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Marine Corps League of North Dakota is hosting an informational meeting on February 16th to help establish a new detachment that serves the James River Valley and Sheyenne River Valley area.
According to the organization, they are seeking Marines, FMF Corpsman, FMF Chaplain’s and citizens who love the Marine Corp to join them at the 2nd organization meeting to learn more.
“Learn more of the Marine Corps League and how it can be implemented into serving our fellow Marines, Corpsman, Chaplain, their families, and the Marine Corps community we now serve.”
The Marine Corps League is an alumni of the United States Marine Corps.
“Membership is open to all honorably discharged Marines, FMF Corpsman and FMF Chaplain while citizens and veterans of other branches are welcome to come aboard as ‘associate members'”
There are currently detachment’s in Grand Forks, Bismarck, and Fargo.
