JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown native Hannah Jorgenson, a 12-year member of the James River Figure Skating Club, continues to skate with the UCCS (University of Colorado Colorado Springs) figure skating team.
In February, Hannah attended a competition in San Diego, California placing 2nd in her short program. The team placed 2nd overall.
This weekend they are set to compete in Pasadena, California where she will skate both her short program and freeskate along with the team event. The UCCS skating team is ranked 2nd in their division and with a successful competition will advance to nationals which will be held in Delaware in mid April.
Hannah graduated from JHS in 2018 skating her last ice show with JRFSC in March 2018. She is the daughter of Randy and Judy Jorgenson.
