BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Game & Fish Department is currently accepting applications for Moose Elk & Bighorn Sheep.

Residents are required to have their fishing, hunting and furbearer certificate, general game and habitat license or combination license, and moose license to hunt moose in North Dakota.

Game & Fish Wildlife Biologist Doug Leier says residents need to be looking at all these different things before applying for these once-in-a-lifetime licenses.

Leier says you can go to gf.nd.gov to apply by March 27th.

You can listen to Doug Leier every Thursday at 7:20 AM on Big Dog Country 95.5 FM with JD in the Morning.
