JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Brandon Steele of UPS was presented with the April Customer Service Award to for his outstanding customer service.

The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Brandon’s letter of nomination stated:

“It always makes my day when Brandon comes to work to deliver a package. He is always smiling and greets me by my first name with a warm welcome. On several occasions he has delivered my personal packages to work instead of leaving them unattended at my house. Not only is this a super nice gesture that he isn’t required to do, but it also keeps my packages out of the inclement weather and eliminates the possibility of them getting stolen. I respect the effort he puts forth in providing excellent customer service to not only myself but numerous others along his route. Thank you, Brandon.”

Brandon, who along with all the other monthly winners, will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual banquet in January 2020.
