VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Story from Barnes County Soil Conservation District.

Braylen Bruns of Valley City was selected for the 2019 Soil Conservation Scholarship Award.

Braylen is the son of Robert and Anne Bruns and will be attending Valley City State University with plans to major in Agri-Business Management.

Braylen’s activities include National Honor Society, VCHS Trap Team, Student Council, AP Math Courses, Car Restoration, Drag Racing, Welding and hunting.

The $500 scholarship is awarded each year to a Barnes County Student entering an Agricultural or Environmental Science related Program.
