JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Since 1960, Conlin’s Furniture in Jamestown has been a part of the retail community.

The store is set to close their doors sometime this year.

Headquartered in Billings, Montana, Conlin’s Furniture built a second expansion into Jamestown in 1960 after first building in Bismarck in 1958.

Other locations in the region have closed their doors before this including Sioux Falls, SD in 2008, with the company citing “reduced customer traffic”.

The Aberdeen, SD location will also be closing their doors. These closures come after the owner of the store chain retired. No final date of closure has been stated.

A call to the corporate office was not immediately returned.
