VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – New teachers starting their first year in the Valley City Public School District were greeted by members of the Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors on Friday, August 9th in Valley City.
Some of the new teachers include Alex Quist, Jennifer Redfearn, Nicole Olson and Derrick Bopp. Two others are not in these pictures.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said registration is underway for new students joining the school district. The event is being held in the Hi Liner Activity Center on Monday, August 12th and Tuesday, August 13th.
Johnson said the first day of Tennis and Cross Country started on Monday, August 12th. The first day of football practices starts Wednesday, August 14th and Golf starts on Thursday, August 15th.
