VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The annual District 24 Democratic-NPL Fall Roundup will be held on Saturday, September 21, at Riverbend Farms south of Valley City beginning at 5:30 pm. “Everyone is invited to attend,” states Justin Sherlock, chair of the district.

The meal will begin at 6 pm. It will feature homemade lasagna, salad, French bread and dessert.
Tickets are $35.00 per person and are available at the door.

Senator Larry Robinson will be sharing the latest events taking place during this interim at the legislature and will introduce key speakers coming from across the state.

A silent auction and a live auction will feature 2 tickets to two games for UND football, and one UND hockey game with 3 tickets.

Another auction highlight will be homemade lefse, made by Darlene and Phil Mueller. They make the lefse the morning of the auction. It is a favorite and has sold as high as $100 for 6 pieces in the past. Phil Mueller represented District 24 in the North Dakota legislature for 14 years.

The venue for the District 24 Democratic-NPL Fall roundup is a Sheyenne Riverbend Farm, which is located south of Valley City on the Kathryn Road, on the east side.
