JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The James River Figure Skating Club attending its first competition of the season at the Granite City Classic in St. Cloud, MN, November 8-9, 2019.

Eight skaters participated, competing against 30 different skating clubs. Results include:

Karla Sherfy – Excel Juvenile Free Skate 4th, Pre-Juvenile Compulsory Moves 4th, Open Juvenile Spins 2nd, Pre-Juvenile Light Entertainment 2nd;

Annika Tweten – Excel Juvenile Plus Free Skate 5th, Open Juvenile Compulsory Moves 5th, Teen Light Entertainment 1st, Open Juvenile Spins 1st;

Terese Kolden – Excel Preliminary Free Skate 6th, Excel Preliminary Compulsory Moves 7th, Preliminary Light Entertainment 6th;

Gabby Tweten – Excel Intermedite Plus Free Skate 1st, Intermediate Compulsory Moves 1st, Intermediate/Novice Dramatic Entertainment 1st, Intermediate Spins 2nd;

Ella Grosulak –– Excel Preliminary Free Skate 6th, Excel Preliminary Compulsory Moves 6th, Preliminary Light Entertainment 4th;

Avery Graves –Excel Preliminary Free Skate 1st, Excel Preliminary Compulsory Moves 1st, Preliminary Light Entertainment 5th, Preliminary Spins-2nd;

Reece Heery –Excel Beginner Free Skate 4th, Excel Beginner Compulsory Moves 2nd, High Beginner Light Entertainment 2nd;

Siri Tweten – Excel Beginner Free Skate 1st, Excel Beginner Compulsory Moves 6th.
