JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A partnership between Eventide Jamestown and other business and organizations will ensure some are able to properly celebrate Christmas this year.

Eventide Jamestown’s “Sharing the Holiday” event is entering its 3rd year. Executive Director Doug Panchot says they welcomed anyone who wanted to sponsor a Christmas Tree or wreath to join in.

Panchot says a variety of sponsors have decorated trees, which are set up inside Eventide Jamestown’s Senior Living Apartments.

They’ll open their doors to the public on Wednesday, December 4th from 4 PM to 7 PM for anyone to stop in, view the trees, enjoy some entertainment and refreshments, and meet Santa.

Panchot says following that, they’ve partnered with some community services to find those who can use the trees for the holidays.

New this year, Panchot says they’ve also decorated several wreaths that will also be donated.

Panchot says they hope the event continues to grow and they have plans to continue the annual tradition.
