Fargo, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Fargo man has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for driving drunk and killing his 7 year old son and severely injuring another.
33 year old Christopher Lee Devine was sentenced today in Cass County District Court on 3 the felony criminal Vehicular charges.
Devine received 10 years for the death of his 7-year-old son Jason , and 2 years each for injuring his 5 year old son Branden and an adult friend that was a passenger in the March 23rd accident on South University Drive in Fargo.
Devine had a blood alcohol content of .26, more than triple the legal limit in North Dakota.
