VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A world-traveling couple made their 1,500th brewery stop at Brockopp Brewing in Valley City in May.

Owner Nicki Brockopp says she and her husband Scott were contacted by Greg and Eileen Glur and informed them that this would be their 1,500th brewery visit.

The couple from Fargo started their brewery visits 15 years ago when they met.

Greg says they have traveled nationwide by motorcycle to many different destinations.

Other stops include Key West and cruises to oversea locations such as Nicaragua, Panama, England, Spain, and more.

Greg added that they were excited to make a North Dakota stop their 1,500th.

As far as what’s next for the Glur’s and their travels?

Brockopp Brewing opened earlier this year in the former Nu Bar location on Main Street in Valley City.
