JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Linda Roesch has been the artist in residence for the Jamestown Arts Center and Jamestown Public School District for a few years now, bringing her experience and talents to the community.

Now she’ll be able to leave her mark on the community that she has embraced as a second home.

Roesch was tapped to create a mural on the side of The Full Monte, a local hair salon in Jamestown.

When Roesch saw what the Cole’s wanted, she knew she could deliver. While she doesn’t normally create murals, Roesch took the challenge head on.

The project also allowed Roesch to work with a medium she’s not normally known for; spray paint.

As Roesch enters her final year of her residency in Jamestown, she says she’s grateful she can leave this mural behind and leave her mark.

You can view Roesch’s mural on the southside of The Full Monte at 213 1st Ave N in Jamestown.
