STEELE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two people were injured after a vehicle rollover roughly 8 miles north of Steele on Highway 3 Saturday, July 11th.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that a 2004 Chevy Silverado driven by a 17 year-old male was traveling southbound on Highway 3 when he drove off the shoulder, over-corrected, and entered the ditch.

Roger Yankton III, an 18 year-old passenger, was ejected and sustained serious injuries. The 17 year-old male also received injuries. Both were transported to Sanford HOspital in Bismarck by Kidder County Ambulance.

The incident remains under investigation by the NOrth Dakota Highway Patrol.
