Update 2:46pm – The MNDOH just completed a press conference this afternoon where they talked more about the death of an infant in Clay Clay.  Kris Ehresmann, Director, MDH Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Prevention, and Control Division says the child had two causes of death:

St. Paul, MN (NewsDakota.com) – The MN Department of Heath today announced that the state has had their first death of a child from Covid-19.

Details are limited at this time.  What is known is the the child was younger than 5 and it happened in Clay County.  It also has not been reported yet whether the child had any underlying health conditions.
