COURTENAY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Courtenay man is facing a charge of Gross Sexual Imposition.

Seth Revier, 20, was arrested Thursday and charged with a Class A felony in Southeast District Court. He was accused of having sexual contact with a person less than 15 years of age in Stutsman County.

A Class A felony is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. The charge carries a mandatory minimum of five years probation and registration for 15 years as a sex offender.

He was released Thursday on $5,000 bond.
