VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A woman was injured in a rollover on I-94 west of Valley City about 9:50am on January 20th.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol identified the driver as 50 year-old Andrea Sweeney. In a news release the patrol said a Buick Century was traveling westbound on Interstate 94 towards Jamestown. Sweeney lost control of the car and over corrected causing it to enter the median of Interstate 94. The car overturned and crossed the eastbound lanes of Interstate
94. The vehicle came to rest on the eastbound shoulder facing southwest.

Sweeney was transported to CHI Mercy Hospital in Valley City to be treated for her injuries sustained in the crash.
