JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Stutsman Development Corporation has approved Flex PACE dollars for Advantage Properties as they work to construct a new building at their current location.

JSDC Business Development Director Corry Shevlin says the company oversees Advantage Electric and the group states the project is necessary in order to “grow and expand current business.”

Courtney VanDyke with Bank Forward says Advantage Properties would be utilizing a $600,000 commercial real estate loan in order to tear down some of the existing property.

VanDyke added they would hope the project would allow them to expand in the future.

Advantage Properties would look to begin construction in the Spring of 2021 and finish in the Fall. The board unanimously approved the Flex PACE funding.
