Carrington, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)—–The Harvey-Wells County (HWC) Hornets held  the Carrington Cardinals to 10 second half points (zero field goals made) and erased a 17-7 first quarter deficit to win 50-38.  Madden Thorson paced the Hornets with 15 points and Tate Grossman added 12 points for the Hornets. Alex Erickson added 10 points for HWC.

Carrington was led by Lucas Hendrickson with 14 points and Hudson Schmitz added 13. The Cardinals finished the regular season at 7-12 and the Hornets improved to 7-10.
