VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Congratulations to Becky Goven, a 4th grade teacher at Washington Elementary School, on being selected as the 2021 Valley City Public Schools Teacher of the Year.
Mrs. Goven was recognized with this honor during a special celebration held outside Washington Elementary on Tuesday, May 4th involving students, staff, and her family.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said on behalf of the school district, we would like to thank everyone that submitted nominations for our teacher of the year award.
