VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It’s happen back in the 1970’s during a snowmobile race on the river after the challenger Myron VanBruggen could not beat someone who owned a new 1976 Rupp in a race.

So four decades later a father and his daughter worked hard to restore a 1976 Rupp Nitro 340 snowmobile. The time, patience and persistence it took for Myron and Amber VanBruggen to complete this renovation is amazing.

Myron said their hard work will be on display near the KOVC studio on Saturday during Rally in the Valley.

Amber VanBruggen said the project was a labor of love. She encouraged others to bring your rebuilt or renovated vehicles to Rally in the Valley on Saturday, June 19th.

Vehicle registration for the Bridge City Cruisers show starts Saturday, June 19th at 7am in the Rosebud Visitors Center Parking lot.
