FARGO, N.D. (NDHP) – A South Dakota man was seriously injured in a head-on crash near Wyndmere, N.D. shortly after 2am on Tuesday, October 5th.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol said one of the drivers, 4o year-old Ian Saukerson of Hermosa, SD had to be airlifted to a Fargo hospital for treatment of his injuries. The extent of his injuries was not released.

The Highway Patrol said DUI charges are pending against Hermosa stemming from this crash.
