JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) -An absolutely great day for State Class A Cross Country! These athletes represented Valley City very well as they showed up and competed strong against the top Class A runners in the state.
Greta Goven placed 16th in the girls 5K race which earned her All-State honors. The top 20 runners in the race earn All-State. This is the first time a Hi-Liner has received this honor since 2012. Greta is the first Hi-Liner girl to receive this award in the 5K race. Before 2016 the race was a 4K.
Reagan Berg finished in 23rd place. ️
