VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A 31 year-old man is facing felony child abuse charges following an investigation in Valley City.
Police Chief Phil Hatcher said following their investigation it was determined that the child had been assaulted by the father at a residence in Valley City.
