JAMESTOWN, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The 2022 Summer Strength and Conditioning Program “BAD22” is returning to Jamestown High School for the 10th consecutive summer.

Middle and High School students can participate in BAD22, which will be offered for 1/4 credit to high school students. Sessions are limited to 42 people per group, and there will also be special “SPEED” sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Erstad Field.

The first day of camp is set for Tuesday, May 31st and will run through July 28th. The week of July 4th-7th will be an off week with sessions resuming July 11th. Head Coach Bill Nelson emphasized this is not just for football player or athletes, but for those who are interested in getting better.
