TODAY:  LIGHT SNOWFALL IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ENDING WEST TO EAST MID TO LATE MORNING, MOVING ACROSS CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON.   POOR RURAL TRAVEL IN BLOWING SNOW AND COLD WIND CHILLS.  HIGH: TEENS.  WIND: EAST/SOUTHEAST 10 TO 20, GUSTING TO 25 MPH.   1 TO 3 INCHES OF NEW SNOW THIS MORNING.
TONIGHT:  ANOTHER AREA OF NEW SNOWFALL FOR THE SAME AREA TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING, ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF NEW SNOWFALL BUT WITH COLDER TEMPERATURES AND COLDER WIND CHILLS.  LOWS: BELOW ZERO.  WIND: NORTHWEST 10 TO 20, GUSTING TO 25 MPH.  WIND CHILLS NEAR 20 BELOW.
WEDNESDAY:  MORNING SNOW, THEN SUNNY AFTER NOON, COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS.  HIGH: 5 TO 10 ABOVE,  WIND CHILLS 10 TO 20 BELOW.  WIND: NORTHEAST .. TURNING SOUTHEAST IN THE AFTERNOON AND DIMINISHING.
THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY:  MOSTLY SUNNY AND MILD.  HIGH: NEAR 20 THURSDAY,  NEAR 30 FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
SUNDAY & MONDAY:  INCREASING CLOUDS, CONTINUED MILD.  GOOD CHANCE OF SNOW, ESPECIALLY MONDAY.  CONTINUED MILD.  HIH: 25 TO 30.
