JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently recognized Fairfield Inn & Suites with the Business of the Month award for their outstanding customer service and continued commitment to the community.

Their nomination stated: “Superb doesn’t even begin to describe the wonderful customer service received from Kami Olson, Damion Cox and Brittany. We recently had an issue and Brittany the night clerk executed the situation with professionalism and quick action. I followed up with the Manager and once again top-notch service from Kami. Damion is fantastic when it comes to making our multiple reservations. A true statement to their great hospitality! Whether it is a last-minute need or cancellation, they always come through!”

The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce honors businesses that provide superior customer service, exhibit community spirit, and provide a positive economic impact to the community.

This award provides recognition throughout the month with a plaque and a recognition banner for the month.

Monthly award winners will be considered for the Business of the Year to be awarded in January of 2025.
