VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Here are your candidates running for public office in Barnes County. In the Commissioner District 4 race we have Vicky Lovell,          Ron Manson, Lance Peterson, and Rory Gabel. The top two candidates that received the most votes in the June 9th primary will face each other in the November 3rd election.

There are two seeking the position of Barnes County Auditor: Carol Grenz, and Beth Didier. Following the June 9th primary, Grenz and Didier will face each other in the November 3rd election.

The remaining county races in the June 9th primary election will be uncontested.

Treasurer: Debbie Magnuson.

States Attorney: Tonya Duffy.

Sheriff: Randy McClaflin.

Recorder: Jody Pfaff.

Commissioner District 2: Shawn Olauson.

Commissioner District 3: Bill Carlblom.
