VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Bridges Arts Council is proud to announce the spring 2026 concerts for the Valley Voices Women’s Choir and the Valley City Community Band.

The Valley Voices Women’s Choir invites you to their Magical Spring concert on Sunday, May 10 at 3 pm at the Congregational United Church of Christ at 217 4th St NW in
Valley City. Currently under the direction of Victoria Hammel, the choir has brought their joyful voices to the community for over 30 years. Musical selections feature magic and happily ever afters. Admission is free. There will be light refreshments after the concert.

And the Valley City Community Band is announcing their Spring concert on Thursday, May 21 at 7 pm in the performance hall of the Larry J. Robinson Center for the Arts at the VCSU campus. The Valley City Community Band is completing its 4th season under the direction on Rochelle Jimenez and guest conductor Alexis Busch. Admission is free. The Valley City Community Band plays an additional concert on Monday, May 25 at 11.30am the Valley City Eagles Club at 345 12th Ave, NE in Valley City to honor Memorial Day celebration. This tradition is in collaboration with the Valley City High School band. Musical selections combine well known classics with newer works to celebrate America.

The Bridges Arts Council is a nonprofit group that serves to bring arts and cultural opportunities to the Valley City and Barnes County community. In addition, it administers
