VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Annual Pie & Ice Cream Social fundraiser was held on Saturday, June 20, during Valley City Community Days. It was a beautiful day to enjoy pie and ice cream on the lawn of our historic library! Every piece of pie was gone before 3 pm! A total of $1,659.00 was raised to benefit library projects.

The Foundation Board Members would like to thank our patrons and community members that volunteered to work and serve pie and ice cream. We also thank the Valley City Tennis team for helping to set up and take down tables and chairs. A special thanks goes to all of those that donated the delicious homemade pies! There was a wonderful selection. Thanks also to Leevers for donating ice cream.
