NewsDakota.com (Submitted by Travis Ingstad) The 104th Valley City Town & Country Club Tournament has advanced to the Championship 16, with opening-round matches complete and the next round scheduled for Thursday, August 6th through Sunday, August 16th. The top 24 qualifiers are competing for the coveted Country Club Cup: the top 8 seeds received a first-round bye, seeds 9 through 24 played to advance, and the losing players from that round now make up the Jamie Paurus First Flight. As the Championship 16 continues, winners will move on to the Championship 8 and losing players will enter the Ron Moser President’s Flight.
