JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Calling all authors and artists! We’re looking for authors and artists who would like to participate in our North Dakota Book and Arts Festival on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The North Dakota book and Arts Festival is a free annual event that offers a platform for local and regional writers and artists to display, promote, and sell their work. Readers and art enthusiasts of all ages can attend this free event at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Dakota. 

The NDBAAF is an excellent opportunity for writers and readers to interact with each other, as well as for writers and artists to network with each other. We hope this festival will inspire everyone to create more books and artwork! 

The NDBAAF also hosts workshops on a variety of topics, free for both community members and fellow writers and artists to attend. Admission is free to all attending this event. There is no vendor fee for writers or artists. Our desire is to offer a space-free of charge-for fellow book and art lovers to expand their following and gain insight into the creative process.

The North Dakota Book and Arts Festival will be held Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the University of Jamestown – Harold Newman Arena located at 1004 7th St NE, Jamestown, ND 58405.
