JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and staff presented the Customer Service Award for April to Olivia Fehr with the Jamestown Post Office, recognizing her exceptional dedication to customer service. Olivia was nominated multiple times for her patience, kindness, and problem-solving skills, especially during high-stress situations.
Her nominations read, in part: “Olivia went out of her way to help fix a shipping issue instead of turning the package away. She was pleasant, creative, and made my day during a busy holiday season.” “In a packed post office during the holidays, Olivia remained calm and friendly. She showed genuine kindness and helped someone in need without hesitation.” “Olivia took extra time to solve a complicated PO Box issue and followed up later to help me get the documentation I needed. She never appeared frustrated and consistently said, ‘I have an idea!’”
The Chamber honors individuals who go above and beyond to provide service that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Customer Service Award nomination forms are available at the Chamber office, on the website at JamestownChamber.com, or by calling 701-252-4830.
