The VA has lost a major court case relating to Blue Water Navy Veterans who served off the coast of Vietnam.

If you are a Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veteran or the surviving Spouse of a Blue Water Navy Veteran, go to the Jamestown CBOC on April 9th from 9am-4pm.

They will review your eligibility to file a claim for presumptive diseases related to exposure to the herbicide “Agent Orange”. This includes the Surviving Spouses of Navy Veterans that may have passed away.
