A film, RIGHT TO HARM, will be shown  by the Dakota Resource Council at the Barnes County Museum at 315 Central Avenue North in Valley City at 7-9 pm.  A discussion will follow.  The film exposes the devastating public health impact factory farming has had on many citizens of the USA.
