The NDSU Extension Service of Stutsman County will be holding free virtual programs to help “Nourish Your Body and Mind” for the month of November.

On November 16th, they’ll release a video on “Nourishing Your Immune System”. November 30th topic will be “Manage Stress for Better Health”.

These virtual programs are free and open to all. You can register by visiting https://bit.ly/3mzFB3B and get access the day it’s released. When you register, you get free access to videos, games, publications, recipes, and other resources.
