Jamestown Thanksgiving Meal Delivery

November 23 - 25

A family in Jamestown will be giving back this Thanksgiving. Devon and Amber Marie will be cooking a meal of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, and a dinner roll and delivering it to those who need a meal. Delivery will be around 1:30 PM on Thanksgiving in Jamestown. The family is also seeking to go boxes to package the meals. Call 701-269-3215 if you’d like a meal delivered.

Join us for a family class where you work side by side with your child, you will be introduced to the basic pinch, coil, and slab hand-building techniques. Projects are designed to stimulate creativity in a playful way, a great way to share time with your child! Be sure to wear clothes you’re not afraid to get dirty. Includes all materials and kiln firing. Attendance at both sessions is necessary for a glazed finished piece. Saturdays: November 14 & 21

The Carrington Lions Club & Haunted Fallout Shelter present The Haunted Fairgrounds! Walk through the spooky fairgrounds on October 30th & 31st from 7 PM to 12 AM each night. Admission is $5. COVID-19 RULES: No groups larger than 5. Everyone wears a mask or entry will be denied. Must observe 6 ft distancing while waiting. Groups will sign in every time they enter the haunt.

Valley City Eagles Club Halloween Event

Due to the pandemic, the Valley City Eagles Club will be holding a Halloween candy giveaway on Halloween from 6 PM to 8 PM. Kids can stop by the set up tables outside (weather permitting) or inside to get candy. All are welcome. The community is invited to come and decorate a table and hand out candy.
