CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The VFW recognizes teachers who care about America and local teacher Frank Egan was the recipient of a prestigious award recently.

Sheyenne Valley Area Career Technology Center Director Jeff Bopp nominated Egan through the Schwandt Goodman VFW Post 9050 in Enderlin for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of North Dakota, “Teacher of the Year Award for 9-12 teachers.” 

Egan was selected by the Enderlin post to go on to the state level competition. He was also awarded the North Dakota 9-12 award and will now compete in the National Competition.
